I Believe… [Boundaries]

...that a work function where you can invite a non-work guest is a party.

...that the difference between sleeping on a couch and sleeping on a bed is the chasm between resignation and hope.

...that your internal monologue changes for the better when it focuses on those around you rather than yourself.

...that without a strong ethical boundary dictating your life decisions, the invitation to slippery slopes and relinquishing autonomy is a Hallmark card designed to disappear into the mud.

...that we work better when we’re hungry but not when we haven’t had enough sleep.
